(More customer reviews)We have two of these frames. Both have issues loading pictures to the internal memory. We ended up buying a thumb drive to keep all of pictures on and view them from there instead of the internal memory. The picture quality is GREAT, and the music is a nice additive. If the loading of pictures was less troublesome, this would be a fantastic product.
