They are comfortable to the point that I forget I am wearing them, have a really sweet sound overall (with plenty of clean bass for my tastes, though maybe not for bassheads), and have no noticeable distortion at the volume level that I use. The open design makes it seem like the music is surrounding my head, without the "seashell" effect that closed headphones sometimes have, and the soundstage is fairly large.
If I had paid upwards of $100 and gotten this level of quality, I would have felt that I got my money's worth!
The only negative is that they have me thinking "If these sound THIS good, what must much more expensive headphones sound like?" (As a result, I have ordered some Audio Technicas for $100 that are $250 MSRP. I will be pleasantly surprised if those sound significantly better than these, though!)
