When my shutter sensor went bad I took it to a photo repair shop to see what needed to be done. Their reply " time for a new camera". It would cost more to repair. Well, I began my search for a new camera on line. After a few days I purchased another canon. I decided to buy a square trade warrenty since it was so reasonable. When S.T. replied back to thank me for my purchase, they listed my other warranty. As I said earlier, I forgot I had purchased one for the original camera (3 year). Well, I made a phone call. In less than 5 minutes the service representative had everything completed including a free shipping label. A few days later the full purchase price of the camera was deposited in my pay pal account. Would I recommend S.T., YES YES YES
