WORSE YET IS:
1) SCANNING "STANDARD" 2" X 2" POSITIVE 35MM SLIDES IT SHRINKS THE WIDTH ABOUT 10% AND YOU HAVE TO GO INTO SOFTWARE AND RESTORE THE WIDTH....WHICH CAUSES YOU TO LOSE ABOUT 1/2 THE RESOLUTION.
2) WHEN TRYING TO GET HELP FROM SVP ABOUT THIS PROBLEM YOU JUST GET IGNORED
