(More customer reviews)I've been using the Casio electronic dictionary for about a month now. The instructions are all in Spanish, so figuring out the buttons has taken a lot of trial-and-error.
It's certainly not a 'stand-alone' tool for learning a language, but it does come in handy. It is a dictionary, though, so you can only look up a word, not a phrase. Once you click on the word, it gives multiple examples, including phrases. You can enter a word in English or in Spanish (it translates other languages as well, but I just use it for Spanish) and it provides the various definitions.
The lighting on the screen is a bit dim, but you learn to adjust.
