(More customer reviews)While the 12 MP is less than this year's model's 14 MP, this is also about $50 cheaper (when I bought it in November 2010). It has a dedicated record button to record video. Although my wife has a more expensive Nikon, she wanted something that she could fit in her purse to catch our kids' moments. This works great and is easy to use.
It shoots standard HD video (720p).
