(More customer reviews)I bought this as a gift for my daughter when her old digital camera died. She has been very happy with it and the still and video quality is excellent, especially in low light without flash (her old camera didn't work in those conditions). The lights from the Xmas tree were enough to get good photos. The video files (in AVI format) upload to the web easily without any time-consuming conversion (needed for the AVCHD lite format videos made by many new cameras) and the sound quality is good. The kit is a good value, but I wish the case had space for the spare battery.
